We do not guarantee inquiries, leads, enrollment increases, or business growth.

 
Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Be the owner of the daycare business or an authorized representative

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current business information

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your listing at all times.

 
Memberships & Billing

  • Memberships are billed on a monthly recurring basis

  • By purchasing a membership, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically each month

  • Membership fees are displayed at checkout and may be updated with prior notice

  • All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated

 
No Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable.

Because this is a digital service that begins immediately upon purchase and listing review, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Failure to use the service

  • Business closure

  • Listing rejection due to policy violations

Canceling your membership stops future billing only and does not result in a refund for any past or current billing period.

 
Directory Listings & Review Process

  • All daycare listings are reviewed before publishing

  • We reserve the right to approve, reject, edit, suspend, or remove any listing at our discretion

  • Listings must be accurate, lawful, and not misleading

  • We do not verify licensing, accreditation, or regulatory compliance unless explicitly stated

You are solely responsible for the content of your listing.

 
Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Provide false or misleading information

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to copy, scrape, or reverse-engineer the website

  • Interfere with the site’s operation or security

  • Misrepresent affiliation with daycares4u

 
Intellectual Property
