Nature of Our Service
We provide a membership-based digital service that includes adding your daycare’s business address and information to our directory to help parents find daycare centers in their area, along with access to growth-related resources and support.
Because this is a digital service that begins immediately upon purchase or activation, all sales are final.
No Refunds
All membership purchases are non-refundable.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

Change of mind

Failure to use the service

Business closure

Dissatisfaction after purchase

Timing or visibility expectations
Once payment is completed, the service is considered initiated and delivered.

Directory Listings & Service Access
By purchasing a membership, you acknowledge and agree that:

Your daycare listing may be created, prepared, or scheduled immediately after purchase

Access to digital services, resources, or membership benefits may begin right away
For this reason, refunds are not available under any circumstances once purchase is made.

Subscription & Membership Fees

Membership fees are non-refundable

If your membership is billed on a recurring basis, you may cancel future renewals at any time

Cancellations do not result in refunds for any past or current billing period

Membership benefits will remain active until the end of the current paid term​
